Anger in a family can destroy trust and lead to rebellious behaviors from preadolescents and teens. Through open discussion and honest conversations, parents can create a more peaceful family structure that builds closer family communication. We will discuss alternative options to deal with stress and behaviors that can lead to angry responses as we learn to control our own anger and model healthy skills for our children. This course is designed for parents of children 10 – 17 years old.
